That day, I was doing what I always did in the cram school, watching, listening, and copying. Suddenly, the teacher stopped to teach the lesson. “I think everybody is too tired; let’s talk something about your future,” he said. “Another commonplace,” I thought. I was wrong. “In my experience, you do everything for the result before 30 years old; you do everything for the course after 30 years old,” he said. And then he told us some examples. “Your parents praise you for your good grade, not how hard did you study. But, when you begin to work, how hard did study, how hard will you work.”

  Finally, I understood. Every I am doing now is just for the result. So I can keep study just for the test. Until some time I can do things for the course.

  Nei-hu is a place with nature. We have two lake parks here; both of them are great place to walking or relax. In addition, many mountains those are easy to climb around here. The best activity for boring weekend is having a breezily climbing.

  In recent years, the MRT is under construction. We will have more convenience traffic here. It believes there are more people want to visit this beautiful place in the future. Nei-hu will be more known to all of Taipei. It has the bright future here!

The last day of 2006

In the last day of 2006, I was asked to my friends’ New Year countdown party.
I was not very glad for this party; I was in low spirits that time. However, l could not refuse this invitation because of our friendship. We had something wrong with the BBQ; we did not prepare enough BBQ grills. I wanted to be alone so I went to convenience store for the nets. After the BBQ, we saw the firework from Taipei 101.
At last, we took a picture for the New Year 2007. With my low spirits and tiredness of the BBQ, I did not have a smile on face. I was not a gregarious friend, was I?

  In the English class last week, Frank fell asleep. He got to bed too late the night before because of playing video games. At that time, his teacher was teaching lesson 30, “We are the world!” Frank was not listening to what his teacher was saying and dreaming something about his future.

  The time flew to 2025. Frank became an English teacher. He was teaching grammar. His students started to fall asleep one after one because of his boring teaching. As a result, he lost his temper and thundered, “Wake up!”

  At the same time, Frank’s teacher said the same words”Wake up!” to Frank. Suddenly, frank woke up from his dream. It was 2025 in his dream, but he was waking up in 2005. Frank was the sleepy student, not the angry teacher. How sarcastic it was!

  Three months ago, John got a little dog as his birthday gift. He was very surprised that time, because he could not take care of anything before. He promised he would do his best as a master of the little dog. Now, three months later, he had a big problem-he missed his dog in the park. As usual he walked his dog to the park today. When he was looking for the place to take a rest, the dog disappeared. He became very nervous and looked around the park but still could not find his dog.

  With tears in his eyes, he started to go home when it was sunset. He became sadder on his way home. He did not know how to explain this incident to his parents. When he got home, there was such a surprise to him. His dog was waiting for him! He became happy and showed smiling face and took his best friend into their house.

  At home, Lily asked her mother to allow her to take the cat as a pet. Her mother said,” If you can take care of it by yourself and promise our house will be clean like it was.” “Yes, I can,” said Lily. “That is my good girl. It is yours,” said her mother. Lily was excited─she had a cat as a pet until she saw the living room. When she was talking to her mother, other cats enter her home.

  Meanwhile, the cats were ruining the chairs, leaving footprints on the floor……and so on. For this reason, Lily’s dream was broken.

  Every time I felt confused about our next step, he always said, “When you make a choice, don’t change your mind. ” Now, every time I want to give up, what he said always jumps into my mind, keeping me trying and trying.

  We don’t have time to keep in touch with each other, but I believe we are still best friends. I hope this friendship can last forever and ever.

  Suddenly, something is worng. Lily feels there is someone she don’t know into she house and now is standing behind her. She slowly turn around, and is shocked to see a gorilla！ She was too nevrous that she didn’t take care of her dinner－now is eaten by her dog. She feels more confused, why the dog doesn’t yellat someone it doesn’t know. But this is not a good time to think more about this, she begins to look for the exit and runs outside until the gorilla says, ” Take easy, dear. I’m sorry about this.” The gorilla took off his mask. It is Jacky！ Though this event, Lily knows how important about Jacky when she is in danger. Now they will take care of each other.
